Vibeke has developed and steered the County Wicklow Film Commission since 1999, following a couple of years as Marketing Manager with Wicklow County Tourism Ltd. Vibeke has a background in heritage management and marketing and holds an MA in English Literature and Celtic Studies from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She also obtained a H.Dip in Irish Heritage Management from University College Cork.
